Campaigns - Tales of Valor contains three campaigns based on historical events from World War II. There are a great many stories to be told from the war, and these campaigns each tell a unique and intimate tale that is translated into gripping tactical combat.

Tiger Ace is the first of the three campaigns, telling the story of The Battle of Villers Bocage over the course of three scenarios. The battle takes place in France, 1944, as Allied forces stream ashore from the beaches. A British armored column threatens to break through a gap in the German lines, but a fearsome Tiger Tank commanded by a veteran crew races forward to engage them in the town the battle was named after, Villers Bocage. CELESTIAL DESTROYER (ZHU XIAN) arrived in our PC LAN Cafes. In the beginning, the world of man was beset by tempestuous storms. The thunderous roar of lightning wracked the land and disasters befell mankind. Man lamented his inability to escape death and calamities and throughout the land was heard the wail of despair. In desperation, man imagined that there were nine heaves above, where mighty gods dwell and nine netherworlds below where souls went to rest in the infernal halls. Thus did man begin to hope for immortality and devoted their worship to the great gods they had brought forth. Despite the knowledge that death was unavoidable, all that lives, loves life and fears death. Belief in the infernal lands haunted man, and so, man yearned ever more for immortality. Thus did wise men and sages begin to search for the secrets of immortality. Though immortality was still unattainable, there were some who were well cultivated in the mystical arts that understood the secrets of Heaven and Earth, and even as mortals they had great powers, with various magical weapons they could shake the Heavens and make the earth tremble.

SUDDEN ATTACK arrived in our PC LAN Cafes. The year is 2010. The war in Middle Eastern that was started in the late 20th century has finally come to an end. Many of the international power involved in the war can no longer continue to fund the expenses for a long drawn out war for oil reserves. The major international powers decided to finally empower the U.N. (United Nations) with military force and resources, thus forming the UGF (United Great Force).

The Tanziriro Republic resides in the resource rich region of Central Africa, yet strife with civil war. After several appeal to the U.N. by Energy Tech, a privately owned energy tech corporation, UGF was send in to stabilize the region. But the natural resources are in areas control by rebels, who call themselves the TLF (Tanziriro Liberation Front). A special UGF sub-unit codename “Silent Fox” was sent to infiltrate the rebel forces.

All Silent Fox operations under John Hawk were highly successful, until their last mission. No one was sure what happen during the mission, but the 800+ personal strong special unit simply vanished from contact. A year later, the Silent Fox unit reappears still under the command of John Hawk, and much to everyone’s surprise, they begin working with the TLF to remove UGF from the Tanziriro Republic.

Carlos Riviera, the commander for the UGF units in the region does not take the betrayal of John Hawk lightly. As the civil war rage on, both men spiral closer to a deadly confrontation.
